Title: Nondegeneracy concepts for zeros of piecewise smooth functions (Part 2)

The  concept of nondegeneracy of a solution to a piecewise smooth equation will be revisited. We will show connections with nonlinear complementarity problems. For some reason, this notion has not attracted much attention, but maybe its time is coming now.
