A Send-off for Dr. Jon Bell

Dr. Jon Bell has announced his retirement as of the end of the Academic Year 2013-14. He arrived at UMBC in 2000 as the Department Chair.
After a reception in the department's lounge, faculty and friends left for a dinner at Bangkok Delight in Columbia.
