Abstract: Features selections and thresholding are two existing challenges in high-dimensional data analysis. In survival data analysis, where the primary outcome is the time until a particular event occurs, selecting relevant features for building an efficient prediction model is essential. Similarly, it becomes challenging to refine the threshold value of the repeatedly measured features and prepare the robust disease dynamic risk prediction model. Methodology on the high-dimensional features selection and classification technique will be presented to predict the disease progression.
