  • Two weeks before the defense:
    • Certification of readiness to defend Master’s thesis
    • Final defense form (Word or PDF)
  • After or at defense:
    • Fulfillment of Course Requirements for Master’s
    • Certification of Completion of the Master’s Degree Requirements
    • Exit survey (PDF)
